The importance of drinking water is not only to stay hydrated, since water is responsible for many functions in our body.

Water for example helps us maintain body temperature and also the function of our brain. Water helps maximize our physical performance and helps prevent and treat headaches and many other things.

When exercising, good hydration helps transport nutrients to give us energy and keep us healthy. So if you are not hydrated, your body cannot function at the highest level.

You may feel tired, and have muscle cramps, dizziness, or other more serious symptoms. Attentive, it is recommended that you drink during and after exercise: 0.5 liters of water, 2 hours before, and then exercise and take a sip of water every 10-20 minutes of exercise.
