“Funfitt” (referred to “the Funfitt team”, “we”, “our”, “us”), primarily refers in this policy to the app co-founded by Stanley Sarpong and Susana Yábar. Your health is very important to us. Please always consult your doctor about your athletic behaviour. Funfitt does not substitute your doctor, nor should be substituted with any medical advice. Nor is Funfitt and its representatives responsible for your behaviour. The contents of the Funfitt products, regardless whether they are provided by Funfitt, its partners or users, are not meant to supplement and or replace the information provided by doctors, other official health professionals and or pharmacies. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you are solely responsible for your health.

The Funfitt team is committed to protecting your customer privacy and takes its responsibility regarding the security of customer information and data very seriously. We will be clear and transparent about the information we are collecting and what we will do with that information or data.

Neither the registration nor the use of the complete spectrum of Funfitt Products shall be possible without consent to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall apply to all points of access, including the Funfitt mobile appication, (sub-)domains for Funfitt products such as, and the blog

By registering, the user confirms his/her knowledge and the unlimited recognition of the content of these terms and conditions as well as that all registration data is true, accurate, current, and complete, and he/she will keep all registration information up to date.

Personal data we collect

With personal data we refer to any information relating to you which allows us to identify you, such as your name, phone number, social media name or “handle”, email address, postal address and details about products and services you have purchased, been specifically advertised, payment details, and information about your access to our app and website.

We may collect data from you directly (e.g. upon sign-up) or indirectly through our third party partners providers in a number of ways. Specifically we may collect the following categories of personal data:

  1. Name, email-address, Phone/WhatsApp number, Social media name, credit/debit card or other payment details.
  2. Information such as: gender, country of residence, and date of birth
  3. Dietary preferences and or medical conditions
  4. Information you provide about yourself and any preferences in your account.
  5. Information about your purchases to which we transfer or disclose personal data
  6. Communication with us or directed to us via chat services, emails and social media.
  7. Location, including real-time geographic information of your mobile phone, computer and or iPad, through GPS, Ip-address along with Wi-Fi Spots, but only if you use location-based features and turn on location
  8. services setting son your device or computer. 

Personal details including your personal health (physical and mental) are considered “sensitive” personal data under applicable data protection laws. We will only process such data only if you have given us explicit consent, and or when it’s necessary because you require and requested special attention or if you simply made it public through our public comments section for instance.

How and why do we collect your personal data?

Your data may be used for the following purposes:

  1. Provide products and services you request. We provide the services and products which you have successfully signed up for.
  2. Payment purposes via credit/debit card verification purposes. This also includes information for accounting, billing and audit purposes and to detect or prevent any fraudulent activities.
  3. Customer service communications: In order to manage our relationship with you as our customer and valued Funfitt member and improve our services and enhance your experience with the Funfitt community.
  4. Administrative purposes: we may use your data for statistical analysis, marketing purposes such as customer surveys, maintenance or deal with a dispute or claim. By providing your personal data, you explicitly consent within the context of these terms and conditions that we may use it for marketing profiling purposes.
  5. To provide tailored services to you. For example when our team travels to your city and or town and we organize a meet and greet or other kind of event, we may personally invite you and or for other special offers.

We will only process your personal data where we have the legal basis to as outlined in these terms and conditions. In most cases it will simply be to process our contractual agreements in order to provide you with our products and services. Only children above 16 years old or older (varying per country legislation) can provide their own consent. For children under 16 or the legal requirement within their country, require the consent of their parents and or legal guardians.

We will not use your personal data longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it is processed. We also consider the periods for which we might need your personal data to meet legal requirements or to deal with customer queries and complaints and to protect our legal rights in the event a claim has been made.

In the event we no longer need your personal data, we will securely delete or destroy it. The data your provide is secured using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, which is the industry standard method of encrypting data so that they can be securely transferred over the Internet.

Are there any third parties with access to it?

We may share your personal data within the Funfitt team, which includes the @StanleySarpong and @SusanaYabar brand and domains and RDC Media Ltd. (our technology partner).

Other third parties that may require the access of your personal data includes:

  • Infusionsoft (the service we use to record your data and automatically send you email updates).

  • Manychat (the service we use to handle your customer queries and send you offers).

  • Apple (to handle your payment details)

  • Hotmart (to provide you with access to additional products and services and to handle alternative payments for products beyond the scope of our app such as our 30 day exclusive program

  • The hosts of our websites and domains, including Amazon, Godaddy and Ezoic.

  • Legal and other professional advisors, law courts and other law enforcement bodies in countries in which we operate.

  • Social Media, such as the ability we provide for you to join our closed Facebook group, join one of our Funfitt community WhatsApp groups and watch (exclusive) content on our Vimeo and YouTube channels.

International Data Transfer

The Funfitt team operates business in multiple jurisdictions, of which some are not located within the European Union. Despite this require that all data service providers uphold the highest standards of data protection in accordance within the European Economic Area applicable laws as laid out in the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

The use of cookies, site and event tracking

We may collect data from other sources which may not directly be obvious to the user, such as through the use of cookie technology. Cookies are small text files that are stored on user’s computer and or mobile device when you visit a website through your Internet browser. If the website (“website”) or a subdomain with accessible information is again accessed by the user, the user’s browser sends the previously received cookie back to the server.     • “Customer”: means any person to whom Funfitt supplies a product and or service.
    • “Intellectual property”: includes confidential information, copyright, trademarks, patents, designs, and digital products including pdf workout calendars, ebooks, digital downloads, resource material, videos and online content.
    • “Payment method”: the payment details nominating the account or process by which a customer agrees to compensate for any product or service.
    • “Product or service” means any items including, digital products, goods, ebooks, pdf downloads, online content etc sold by Funfitt.
    • “Funfitt” the lifestyle brand and all derivative products developed by the creative duo, award winning producer, Stanley Sarpong and influencer Susana Yábar.
    • “The Funfitt team” is referred to the joint venture managed by Stanley Sarpong, Susana Yábar and technology parter, RDC Media (08592072) with its registered office: Unit 4, Vista Place Coy Pond Business Park Poole BH12 1JY, United Kingdom.
    • “We” and “Us” refers to the Funfitt team
    • “You” refers to a Customer.


    The Purchase of all digital products, pdf downloads and online content is subject to the following terms and conditions.  


    In order to be able to use part or a complete spectrum of Funfitt Products, a one-time registration is required.

    Agreement to these conditions:

    1. By browsing, downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read these terms and conditions carefully before using the app. You’re not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to the Funfitt team (a joint venture between Stanley Sarpong, Susana Yábar and RDC Media Ltd.)

    1. By accessing, browsing or using this app and its associated sites including, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these conditions.

    1. Funfitt is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.


    1. The Funfitt app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in order to provide our Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the Funfitt app won’t work properly or at all.
    2. Accounts can only be created for individuals and are created for the named individuals only. Accounts may not be sold and or transferred to another person. You may update or cancel your account at anytime. Due payments are explained in the billings terms section.
    3. All account details and information provided to us must be true and accurate. A customer must not have one active account at anytime.
    4. Customers must not share their account information, including passwords to be used or accessed by any third party.
    5. You agree to notify us of any changes to your personal information or payment method which was provided by you in the account creation process.
    6. You should be aware that there are certain things that Funfitt will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but Funfitt cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.
    7. Should you suspect or become aware that your account has been compromised and has been accessed without your explicit authorisation or a breach of security has occurred in relation to your account, you must immediately notify us of this breach by contacting with the subject “breach account”.


    1. If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.
    2. Along the same lines, Funfitt cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the Service, Funfitt cannot accept responsibility.
    3. With respect to Funfitt’s responsibility for your use of the app, when you’re using the app, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavour to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. Funfitt accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.

    App and Products:

    1. At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on Android & iOS – the requirements for both systems(and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. Funfitt does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android & iOS version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you, We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.


    1. Risk of tangible products pass to you on receipt of delivery of the product to the nominated address

    Order Cancellations:

    1.     Funfitt reserves the right to accept or reject any order for any reason including if the product is unavailable, an error has occurred in your order, the product price or description has been incorrectly communicated and or posted on our site(s) and or social media channels.

    2.     If we suspect that a transaction has occurred that is in breach and or may be illegal, we may contact you to confirm your payment and personal details. If we were unable to reach you, we may cancel your order without further notice.

    3.     All purchases made for our app, digital products and downloads are non refundable, unless explicitly posted on our page.

    Fitness and age:

    1. Funfitt does not substitute your doctor, nor should be substituted with any medical advice. Nor is Funfitt and its representatives responsible for your behaviour. The contents of the Funfitt products, regardless whether they are provided by Funfitt, its partners or users, are not meant to supplement and or replace the information provided by doctors, other official health professionals and or pharmacies. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you are solely responsible for your health.
    2. If you have any questions and or doubt, we strongly advise you to always consult your medical doctor. If you experience any dizziness, unacceptable pain, shortness of breath you must stop your physical activity immediately and contact your medical doctor before resuming.
    3. You must be sure to be in good condition before using any of our products both physical and intangible.
    4. By placing an order with Funfitt and any of its derivative products, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old of age or have your parent’s guardian’s permission to buy from Funfitt.
